Dr. Vivek Nerikar
As a Gainesville native, Dr. Nerikar graduated from the University of Florida in 1994 and the University of Florida College of Dentistry in 1998. Prior to studying at Florida, he attended Littlewood Elementary, Westwood Middle, and Buchholz High School. Dr. Nerikar has been practicing for over 18 years. After dental school, Dr. Nerikar completed a general dental residency at Shands Hospital. He was a part-time clinical instructor from 1999 to 2002. Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Nerikar has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. Dr. Gil Brodach
Dr. Gil Brodach graduated from prestigious Bronx High School of Science in New York. He then attended the University of Florida receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. In 1986 he received the Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. Dr. Brodach has practiced exclusively since that time in North Central Florida and has been a Gainesville resident for his entire adult life. He is a member of the Central District Dental Association, Florida Dental Association and American Dental Association and provides all aspects of general dentistry focusing on cosmetic and restorative treatment and emphasizing a conserative, preventive philosophy. Children, teens and young adult patients are warmly welcomed by Dr. Brodach as he has taught and volunteered at Gainesville High School. As Volunteer of the Year at Gainesville High School, he has assisted virtually all athletic teams at GHS and has been "The Voice of The Canes" since 1982. Dr. Brodach is excited to be joining Dr. Nerikar and the staff at Jonesville Family Dentistry to continue providing caring and personalized dental care.
